Eligibility: Tyson 2010 U.S. Olympic Team Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal
residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who have reached the legal age of
majority in their home state (and are at least 18) as of 6/1/08. Employees, officers, directors,
representatives, agents and assignees of Tyson Foods, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods Northwest,
Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates,
distributors, retailers, and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) and the immediate
family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or
those living in the same household of any such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter: online or by mail. Between 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”)
on 6/1/08 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 8/31/08 (“Promotion Period”): 1) Visit (www.winwithtyson.com) (“Promotion Period”)
and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form according to the instructions provided. Incomplete
entries and/or entries containing inaccurate entrant information will be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Limit one (1) online entry per person and per email address per day. Additional online entries received from any one
person or email address during any day after the first entry received from that person or email address on that day
will be void or 2) To enter by mail, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including
area code), and date of birth on a plain 3”x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed #10 envelope with proper
postage affixed to: Tyson 2010 U.S. Olympic Team Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 14075, Bridgeport, CT 06673-4075.
Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each entry must be mailed separately and received by 8/31/08. No photocopied,
computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted and all such entries will be void.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, damaged, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen,
garbled, mutilated, undelivered or postage-due entries, mail or email, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines
or telephone systems; lost entries, transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission,
transaction processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service
Provider (ISP), server or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed
computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail
notifications; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within
these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any
kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the
Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the cancellation or postponement of the game, errors or problems which
may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, mail or e-mail and/or
the announcement of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an
entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper
play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry
or similar devices to participate is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. In the event of a
dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed, as applicable, the person named on the applicable
3”x 5” mail entry or, for the online entry method (#1 above), the authorized account holder of the e-mail address
submitted at the time of entry and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. “Authorized account
holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online
service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for
assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor’s
satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.
Winner Selection: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 9/15/08 from among all eligible entries received by P/S/T, an
independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email,
telephone and/or mail.
(1) Grand Prize: Trip for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests to Vancouver, BC for
the 2010 Winter Olympic Games currently scheduled to take place in February 2010. Trip consists of: A) round trip coach
air transportation from a major U.S. international gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Vancouver, BC; B) Four
(4) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms); C) Four (4) tickets to select 2010 Winter
Olympic Games Events designated by Sponsor; D) Breakfast daily for four (4) days, two (2) lunches
(determined by Sponsor), and two (2) dinners (determined by Sponsor); E) Ground Transportation to/from the designated
2010 Winter Olympic Games Events; F) Onsite Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager and bilingual host to accompany
guests; and G) $3,000 awarded in the form of a check for the winner only (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)=$20,000).
Actual prize value will vary depending on winner’s city of departure. Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates designated
above by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, awarded
to an alternate winner. Certain travel and hotel accommodation restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner and his/her
respective guest(s) must travel together on same itinerary, which must be booked through Sponsor’s agency on a carrier
of Sponsor’s choice and is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a designated 2010 Olympic Winter Games event(s) is canceled
or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award alternate event tickets or to substitute such portion
of the prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes,
additional meals and ground transportation, gratuities, insurance and any other costs and expenses associated with
the acceptance and use of the prize not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of
the winner. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s) are responsible for obtaining any required travel documents,
including valid passport and visa (as applicable) prior to travel. Event tickets may change and are subject to
certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize
winner and guest(s) must agree to comply with all applicable stadium/arena/venue rules and regulations. Failure to
do so may result in forfeiture of ticket portion of prize package. Released Parties are not responsible for travel
delays or cancellations. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize except by Sponsor, at its sole discretion, who reserves the right to
substitute the prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Potential winner will
be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release
within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. Winner’s traveling companion(s) must be of legal age of
majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) and will also be required to sign and return a Liability
Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, he/she
must be accompanied to all prize-related activities by his/her parent or legal guardian. If a travel companion is a
minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign and return the Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity release
on his/her behalf. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or with these Official Rules may result in disqualification
and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If prize notification letter is returned as
undeliverable or Sponsor is unable to otherwise contact potential winner within a reasonable time period, winner may be
disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner and his/her
traveling companion agree to comply with all 2010 Winter Olympic Games stadium/arena rules and regulations relating to
the use of 2010 Winter Olympic Game event tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike
or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such events. Sponsor,
in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person and void any entries of any person who it
believes has tampered with the entry process, the operation of (www.winwithtyson.com), or any other component of this
Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of
this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules; and 2.) modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes
should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war, strikes,
and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and,
in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect
entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination. By participating, entrants agree to be
bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless
prohibited by law) such entrant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for
advertising, promotion and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter
known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification; 2.) Released Parties shall
have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage,
including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real
property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of
the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY
ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS
A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK
DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW.

Winner’s Name: For the winner’s name (available after 10/31/08), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt
